Requirements
Previous experience as a call center trainer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of call center operations, customer service principles, and training methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
