Requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.
Communicate with US-based order managers, customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
Initiate conference calls to track the progress of orders and identify and resolve outstanding issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with global business demands.
Ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
Acts as the critical point of contact for client, partner, and vendor-facing communications. Taking ownership and driving high-level escalations on both sides as necessary.
Service checking of the available Telecommunication Carriers that can provide services for one or multiple locations.
Keep up to date with existing and new products and services offered by US Telecommunication Carriers and Solutions Providers
Support the Sales Team in validating services being offered to the customers
Creation of quotations, proposals, and contracts.
